These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at treeservicenapa.com (the "Site") and your engagement with the services provided by Napa Tree Service Experts ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing the Site or requesting services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request services.

By using the Site or contacting us to request services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are submitting a request on behalf of a property owner or business, you represent that you are authorized to do so. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Napa Tree Service Experts provides residential and commercial tree services in and around Napa, CA, including but not limited to:
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and the execution of a written estimate or service agreement before work begins. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding service contract until a written estimate is signed and accepted by both parties.
All estimates are provided in writing following an in-person site assessment. Verbal quotes are not binding. Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of assessment and may be revised if the scope of work changes once the job begins - for example, if a tree is found to be structurally compromised in ways not visible from the ground. We will notify you of any material changes to the scope or price before proceeding. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted.
Appointments are scheduled based on crew availability and confirmed with you in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a scheduling fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before scheduling. Invoices not paid within 30 days of completion may be subject to a late fee. If payment is not received and collection efforts become necessary, the customer may be responsible for reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by California law.

We are not responsible for damage caused by conditions you did not disclose, including unmarked underground lines, unknown structural hazards, or pre-existing damage to landscaping or hardscaping.
Certain tree work in Napa and surrounding cities may require permits under local tree protection ordinances. We will inform you if we believe a permit is required based on the visible characteristics of the tree and applicable local rules. If you instruct us to proceed without obtaining a required permit, you assume all responsibility for any resulting fines, stop-work orders, or remediation requirements. We reserve the right to decline work that we believe requires a permit that has not been obtained.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed job, contact us within 5 business days and we will return to address any deficiencies covered under the original scope of work at no additional charge.
We do not warrant against damage caused by pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control. Tree work involves inherent risks, including the possibility of damage to nearby structures, landscaping, or utilities from falling debris. We carry general liability insurance, and claims for covered damage must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of the completion of work.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Napa Tree Service Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a single service engagement shall not exceed the amount you paid for that engagement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Napa Tree Service Experts and its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of site conditions, or your failure to obtain required permits.
If a dispute arises between you and Napa Tree Service Experts relating to services or these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us in writing at projects@treeservicenapa.com. If the matter is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies as described below.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Napa Tree Service Experts. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Linking to the Site for informational purposes is permitted.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
